Amboy Crater Natural National Landmark

Amboy Crater Natural National Landmark is formed of ash and cinders is 250 feet high and 1500 feet in diameter. The hike to the crater is 4.1 miles out and back, using AllTrails to find this hike. We didn't make it to the crater as temperatures were rising quickly and we didn't have much water. (Click on any photo to enlarge)
